Ross Brawn, Team Principal of the MercedesGP PETRONAS Formula One Team, is delighted to become a Patron of SKIDZ and a passionate supporter of providing opportunities for young people to learn practical motor mechanic skills having begun his Formula One career as a machinist in 1976. Ross agreed to become Patron of the Wycombe Building Appeal in June 2009 when he attended the Project Launch. Trustees and staff are working with Ross to develop contacts and fundraising opportunities for SKIDZ; some of these will be evident from January 2010.
