Mike Clare founder of ‘Dreams’ is also keen to support this entrepreneurial charity and joined Ross and Paddy as Patrons of the Appeal Fund. Mike has always been entrepreneurial in style, right from an early age at school through to the phenomenal growth of Dreams. Entrepreneurship and helping people with their businesses is a passion of Mike’s and he is often heard as a keynote speaker at business conferences encouraging young budding entrepreneurs.

Dreams was founded by Mike in 1987, with one small bed shop in Hillingdon. Dreams plc now has over 200 Superstores Nationwide, its own bed factory in the Midlands, a strong contracts division, and has grown to become Britain’s largest/favourite Bed Retailer. Dreams have won numerous awards and are recognised as one of Europe’s fastest growing companies. Although Mike has recently stepped down as Chairman/CEO he is still a significant shareholder and is now President (non-exec) of the business he founded over 20 years ago.
